Visual Designer
Building things that
work well and
look cool.
I’m Martin Diz, a visual designer from Buenos Aires. Five years inside marketing teams at international companies, fully remote, fluent in Figma, brief and last-minute request. Web, video, motion, social, and the occasional deck that has to look good by 9am.
I know how teams actually move, because I’ve been in the meetings. The plan gets rewritten halfway through and the deadline never moves with it, so I’ve gotten good at delivering anyway.
Lately I build AI-powered systems and sites that don’t look AI-made. The AI does the boring part. I make sure nobody can tell.
Experience
March 2026 to today. I build AI-powered systems that automate the tedious, repetitive work inside a business, and design the websites around them so they don’t look AI-made.
August 2025 to March 2026. I designed visuals, produced video and built web pages for the marketing team, from daily social posts to printed event booths in two countries.
November 2021 to June 2025. Working closely with marketing, I built visual design, video content and web pages across product campaigns for the brand.
October 2020 to November 2021. Designed graphics and video content for multiple platforms, and produced live broadcasts, including international events.
September 2017 to October 2020. At this graphic and print shop I produced print work for clients alongside social media content, building hands-on experience in print design.
2016 to 2019. Licenciate degree in Multimedia Design in Buenos Aires, where graphic design, video and interactive work first came together into one practice.
What I
work
with
This range across design areas comes from liking to try new things and keeping up with what’s out there, usually before a project calls for it.
Motion & Video
After Effects for animation and brand reveals, Premiere for the edit, Jitter when a piece has to be out the same day. Most of what I make ends up moving.
Design & Brand
Figma for interfaces and systems, Photoshop and Illustrator for everything that starts as an image. Identities, layouts, and the components that keep them consistent.
Web
Framer for fast, designed sites, and Next.js with Claude Code when a project needs real code behind it. Building it myself is usually quicker than explaining it.
AI
Claude and ChatGPT in the daily loop, plus image and video models for exploration. Useful for the tedious half of the work, and worth knowing where it stops being useful.
